Photographs and stories are only displayed on the web site with the owners permission. Should they wish to remain anonymous this is recognised by using a fictitious name or anon. The stories are genuine and are only subjected to minor alterations (e.g. spelling mistakes).

This site occasionally allows products to be purchased on line. Visitor's contact information (such as their e-mail address) and financial information (their account or credit card numbers) is collected. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about products and promotional material and future newsletters. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary regarding the order. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. If paying online the secure site of PayPal, which means your credit /debit card information is not seen by Sue Palmer or any others outside the PayPal system.
